Of course, we want you to feel completely safe and secure trusting the care of your children to one of our nannies. So if the nanny hasn't volunteered suitable photographic identification (a passport, driving licence or government ID card) on arrival, please don't be embarrassed to ask for it.
In the extremely unlikely event that your nanny can't provide suitable ID, please ask her to wait while you give us a call.
Finding an appropriate emergency nanny
Once you make a booking your local nanny agency will be immediately informed and will source you an appropriate emergency nanny for your requirements.
The minimum booking time is 4 hours.

The cost of an emergency nanny will typically be £20 per hour, excluding VAT (unless you require a specialist childcarer). This hourly rate includes the nanny's tax and NI.
