As an Wells Fargo employee you can access our Backup Care services (Emergency Childcare, School Holiday Cover and Backup Adult & Eldercare). You may use up to 10 free days of Emergency Childcare, School Holiday Cover and Backup Adult & Eldercare per year.
When enrolling your adult relative for back-up care, you can take comfort in knowing our network of providers meets established standards of quality.
All caregivers are trained and experienced in adult/elder care and meet stringent credential requirements. To ensure quality care, each provider and caregiver is monitored for performance through a comprehensive quality assurance programme administered by Bright Horizons.
