Recognising top employers

The Top Employers for Working Families Benchmark and Awards, founded by Working Families in partnership with the Institute for Employment Studies, recognise employers who support parents, carers and flexible workers with work-life balance and career development.

To enter, employers must complete a detailed benchmark survey on their work-life and flexible working policies and practices. Organisations with up to 250 employees can opt to complete the tailored Small Employer Benchmark. The highest scoring benchmark entrants are named as the annual Top Employers for Working Families.
