The Women's Business Council introduce the MACA toolkit
My Family Care has been featured in an important publication by the Women's Business Council, on Men as Change Agents (MACA) for gender equality. Analysing the role of CEOs in achieving a balance of gender in leadership positions, the release today includes the MACA toolkit - taking us one step closer to that goal.
The Women's Business Council is one of - if not the - most recognised voices in promoting the business case for gender equality in the UK. This latest release is the next step in actively engaging with CEOs, leaders, and senior decision makers in order to create 'agents of change'. Both Ben Black and Jennifer Liston-Smith of My Family Care are on the Council as part of the MACA initiative. We believe that if there was true gender equality, then the world would be fairer and richer - and men are a fundamental part of that journey.
Having released the highly anticipated Men as Change Agents Toolkit, the Women's Business Council are keen to keep men in the conversation, working with CEOs of FTSE 350 companies as well as other prominent businesses. The aim of the toolkit is to provide an overview of the current issues, whilst sharing practical solutions.
