The Employee Benefits Awards are designed to recognise and showcase employers that have made a significant difference to their organisations through their reward strategies. Winning employers are recognised for their innovation, as well as quantifiable results on how their benefits and reward strategy have impacted on HR and business objectives.

2018 winners were announced on 8th June 2018

My Family Care is delighted to congratulate Bank of America Merrill Lynch on winning the Best Benefits to Support Working Carers Award for their services to support, empower and retain working parents and carers.

Their employees have access to our supported Backup Care and to the Work+Family Space.

Ben Black, CEO of My Family Care commented:

"We're delighted to congratulate Bank of America Merrill Lynch on their win. As an employer they really go the extra mile in supporting their working parents and carers, not only with our services but in their whole approach in valuing and supporting their employees with care responsibilities.

We engage regularly with their employees through our service provision, and the feedback we get from them on the Bank's support is incredible."

There was also a well-deserved win for My Family Care client Deloitte with the Best Benefits to Support Diversity and Inclusion Award. Congratulations to all the award winners listed below.
