Whether it's a last minute panic, or an anticipated gap in childcare, we provide the choices that parents want.
We'll arrange temporary childcare for you, quickly and conveniently, at a high-quality nursery or holiday club, or find a screened and credentialed nanny to come to you, where and when you need one.

All nannies meet our strict quality standards, ensuring they are qualified to provide childcare in your home.
We have hundreds of regulated childcare centres available - including Bright Horizons own nurseries, and partnerships with other quality childcarers.

Arrange at a time and location to suit you. Whatever the disruption to your normal routine, you'll get the right childcare to meet your family's needs.
- Affordable
As a My Family Care Group employee you may use up to 6 free sessions of backup care per year (calculated on a pro-rata basis for part time employees). Please arrange expensing the costs of care with your Manager. Care Search is available here for you to read more about, however the service can only be used if your manager approves and the costs are discussed.

Backup Adultcare allows you to book domiciliary care for an adult dependant, or even yourself.
The service is facilitated by fully regulated regional care agencies.
- Request care quickly and easily online
- We will arrange a home assessment before care can take place.
