Backup Adultcare allows you to book domiciliary care for an adult dependant, or even yourself.
The service is facilitated by fully regulated regional care agencies.

When enrolling your adult relative for back-up care, you can take comfort in knowing our network of providers meets established standards of quality.
All caregivers are trained and experienced in adult/elder care and meet stringent credential requirements. To ensure quality care, each provider and caregiver is monitored for performance through a comprehensive quality assurance programme administered by Bright Horizons.

One-to-one tutoring sessions for your young learners delivered by our expert providers in a range of subjects and levels
How does it work?
Whether they're preparing for exams, struggling with confidence, falling behind or aiming for a higher grade, expert tutors will support their unique needs through weekly virtual sessions.
Exchange Back-Up Care uses for tutoring credits in blocks of four hours (four 1-hour sessions) for your student with one of our expert providers:

How to get started
Log in to Back-Up Care and navigate to Tutoring. Available tuition options will vary based on your child's age. Once you've selected a provider, their team will work with you to understand your student's requirements and match them with a suitable tutor.

Find a sitter who will treat your pet like family, book overnight boarding when you're away with work, or arrange for a dog walker to pop in when you're in the office.
You can purchase credits to use with Rover - using your Backup Care subsidy provided by Sample client for DEV only. Your remaining allowance will be shown on screen as you book.
When you search/book, simply select Pet Care in the dropdown.
Services for your pets
Rover connects dog and cat parents with loving pet sitters and dog walkers in neighbourhoods nationwide. Once you have purchased your code via the Work+Family Space, you can use on Rover for pet care services, including:
