Working Parent Workshops

26% of working mothers found the support of colleagues who had recently gone through maternity helpful as they returned to work*.

Support to working parents is not just measured by generous maternity packages and childcare benefits. Support can also come from managers, peers and HR depending on how these relationships are handled.

Sharing challenges and fears
