We have a nationwide team of care experts that will:
- Meet you face to face, at a time/place to suit you
- Take the time to understand your childcare or eldercare needs
- Provide childcare or dependent care advice
- Research available childcare and dependent care options, including visiting care homes, nurseries/childminders and interviewing nannies
- Create a detailed "Care Needs Plan"
- Give ongoing support
Shell recognises that to work effectively, parents and carers need to feel confident and content about their childcare and dependent care arrangements. That's where My Family Care's unique service comes into its own.
Our service is designed to give working parents and carers this peace of mind by giving access to trained childcare co-ordinators and dependent care advisors.
Free accesss
As a Shell employee, you have free access to the Search & Guidance team. It's an incredible level of service provided to very few other companies. The aim of the service is to do whatever it takes to help you manage your care responsibilities with your work commitments.
