Sponsored by My Family Care, the Top Employers for Working Families Benchmark and Awards 2011 celebrate the UK's most flexible and family friendly organisations and provide a unique insight into your current operation together with practical recommendations for improving competitive advantage.

Successful organisations recognise that the foundation of organisational agility is a flexible, family friendly culture. Far from competing, when flexibility is integrated into the way in which an organisation operates, evidence shows that financial performance, employee well-being and productivity are all improved.

The Top Employers for Working Families Benchmark and Awards 2011 have been developed by Working Families and The Institute for Employment Studies, the UK's leading experts on employment matters and policy.

Find out how flexible, agile and family friendly you are

As well as the chance to gain a place on the A-Z lists of the Top 10 and Top 30 employers in the field, employers can enter for one or more of the Special Awards. All entrants will receive a 25 page aggregated benchmark report against which to compare their own data.

How to enter the awards

The first step is to enter your background details.

When you have completed and submitted this data, you'll be issued with a unique ID number and provided with full access to the survey. Completion of the survey automatically enters you into the benchmark as well as the possibility of a Top 10 or Top 30 placing.

Tips and support to complete your survey

When completing the survey, work on the principle that if you would be happy to put the figures into a report for your Board, it will be good enough for the entry. Best guesses and "don't knows" will be part of the responses for every organisation. If you need any help, please contact Working Families at benchmark@workingfamilies.org.uk.

Publicity and awards event

The Top 10 and Top 30 A-Z Lists and Special Award winners will benefit from a full PR campaign and will be invited to an event to celebrate their success during National Work Life Week, 26th-30th September in London.

Fees

Working Families Members: no charge
SMEs up to 500 employees, charities and voluntary organisations: £150 + VAT. Larger organisations: £250 + VAT.
