Employee Benefits have announced the shortlist for this year's awards. Our client, P&G, has been shortlisted for 'The most effective strategy for working parents and carers' Award.
This award recognises the steps taken by employers to support working parents and carers. For example, offering childcare vouchers, backup childcare schemes, nursery places, guidance on eldercare, or flexible working arrangements.
The judges are looking for thought-through strategy and objectives, innovation and quantifiable, measurable results. This is the only UK event dedicated to celebrating the excellent work being done by employers with their benefits.
Awards categories include:
- Most effective healthcare and wellbeing strategy
- Most effective sickness absence management strategy
- Most effective motivation or incentive strategy
- Most effective use of a flexible benefits plan
- Most effective use of a voluntary benefits plan
- Communications strategy of the year for employers with more than 5,000 employees

- Most effective use of reward as part of a corporate social responsibility strategy

- Most effective total reward strategy
- Most effective benefits strategy in a public sector organisation
- Most effective benefits strategy for organisations with fewer than 1,000 employees
- Most effective benefits strategy for organisations with more than 1,000 employees
- Benefits team of the year
- Compensation and benefits professional of the year
