There was nothing I would improve, it was so easy to book and the service from your side was excellent, I went to work and advised my manager who feed it back to our team, how good your services was and how easy it was to book. I'd like to say a big thank you for how easy it was.

It really is perfect for working parents! I have used it twice and still can't believe how efficient and easy it is!

Very positive experience - it is such a useful service which enables me to attend work without having the stress of organising last minute childcare. The fact I can use a local childminder who I know and who the children know is also excellent. I've recommended you to other working parents.

I needed transport for my mother who had to be collected from dialysis. Everybody I spoke to was very helpful, professional yet still maintained a friendly attitude.

Reducing employee absenteeism

Absenteeism isn't always due to illness. Many working parents find themselves unable to work because their usual childcare arrangements break down, for example, the nanny fails to turn up or because a school has closed for the day. Research shows that care breakdowns happen on average 9 times a year. There is a solution!

Childcare related employee absenteeism

We hear all too regularly from employers about the problem of childcare related absenteeism, especially during the school holidays. Whilst sometimes a family member or friend can help, there are still times where an employee has no option but to stay at home.

The unplanned costs caused by absenteeism could be avoided by using simple Backup Care solutions. Emergency Childcare and School Holiday Cover are solutions being used by both large and small organisations. A backup nanny, nursery or childminder can be arranged with as little as 30 minutes' notice. Currently over 350,000 working parents have access to these services.
