Why do you need our training courses?
Providing simple, accessible training courses for your employees is the simplest and probably cheapest way to introduce any family friendly policies.
Typically courses are run over lunch time which makes them accessible for time poor parents. A training framework can produce an immediate effect on your employees' perception of the company's "family" culture. It is also an excellent way of identifying people with care needs – once you have identified them it is much easier to extrapolate exactly what their needs and every stresses are.

How will your employees access the service?
We prefer to build you your own dedicated website with details of all your services and company specific information at www.myfamilycare.co.uk/yourcompanyname.
Emergency Childcare, Emergency Homecare and Out of School Care are all available online or via a 24/7 telephone booking team. We give you your own unique telephone number as part of the service. Information on all our other services can also be displayed on your dedicated website and we will work hard on your behalf to produce relevant eye catching marketing material. An initial phone call on your dedicated number or an email on your dedicated email address is the normal way for employees to access the Search & Guidance, Training and Helpline services. The more the services are used the better for all parties.

How much of your time will it take up?
Very little. You just need to agree the dates with us and we do the rest. We can provide the marketing collateral. We organise everything and can, if you wish, collect attendee details and collate feedback.

Can the service be linked to your EAP/Benefits Supplier?
We have good contacts with most of the big EAP providers and advisors. We are happy to work within a broader benefits framework or on an individual ad hoc basis.
