United States

We have a close working relationship with CCLC, the corporate childcare arm of Knowledge Universe. In addition, our maternity coaching and consultancy services are provided directly by Ferne Traeger, MBA, LCSW, an executive and maternity coach, and organisational consultant.

Europe

Republic of Ireland - We already run a successful Emergency Childcare scheme for some of our clients with offices in Ireland. We have relationships with Irish nanny agencies, nurseries and Childminding Ireland.

France - We have a number of experienced maternity coaches in France able to assist employees working parents through key life transitions. We also have good relationships with French providers when it comes to broader childcare support and Backup Care.

Holland - We have good relationships with Dutch providers and can support employers with their childcare services as well as assisting international assignees.

Germany - My Family Care has close relationships with providers of childcare and eldercare. We also have our own team of excellent life transition coaches on the ground.

Spain - The Spanish market is slightly behind the UK when it comes to diversity and supporting employees through life transitions, but it's a growing market. My Family Care has good contacts with both coaches and consultants in Spain.

Switzerland - My Family Care has an established presence in Switzerland and often works with the leading Swiss providers THKT for both Backup Care services and maternity coaching programmes.
